The successful applicant will play a key role in shaping the daily life of the school, leading initiatives that enhance wellbeing, inclusion and connection across our community. Working alongside a committed team, they will help ensure that every learner and adult experiences belonging, growth and joy each day.

About You

The successful applicant will be an inspiring and relational leader who can :

• Build strong relationships with teachers, students and families to support growth, wellbeing, and learning, grounded in Catholic values.
• Lead the development and application of engaging, inclusive learning experiences, particularly in Literacy and Numeracy, that support academic growth for all and reflect the school’s Catholic ethos.
• Support high-quality assessment and reporting, with a focus on inclusion and timely feedback. Experience in leading SEQTA and an understanding of or experience in overseeing quality implementation of AYL, AAS and HPC programs is highly valued.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure a well-organised, positive school environment where wellbeing, inclusion and Catholic values are central, including whole school timetabling, scheduling and management of Temporary Relief Teachers.
• Support student wellbeing through trauma-informed practices; knowledge of and / or training in the Berry Street Education Model is considered an advantage.
• Oversee and support students with complex care arrangements and their caregivers, ensuring consistent communication, accurate documentation, and strong pastoral care.
• Lead the school’s NCCD process, ensuring accurate data, evidence collection and reporting, and oversee the development and implementation of Personalised Plans for Learning

This POR 4 is offered in accordance with the South Australian Catholic Schools Enterprise Agreement 2020.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding the vision and strategic direction of the Antonio, ensuring it remains a place where  everyone matters…and matters absolutely!
