Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. As the Marketing Manager - Innovation & Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media channels, and creating innovative marketing campaigns. You will also conduct market research, analyze trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

Qualifications & Experience
o Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
o 3-5 years of progressive marketing experience with a strong track record in brand strategy, digital marketing, creative campaign development, and new product innovation.
o Experience in consumer products, FMCG, health & wellness, or nutrition sectors is highly desirable.
o Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and working with external creative agencies.
o Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing across eCommerce platforms (D2C, Ama zon, Flipkart, Q-commerce) and Retail environments.
o Strategic Thinking : Ability to develop innovative brand strategies that drive business growth.
o Creative Leadership : Exceptional creative skills with a flair for storytelling and visual communication.
o Digital Expertise : In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and eCommerce platforms.
o Project Management : Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
o Analytical Acumen : Proficiency in using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and drive decisions.
o Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of presenting ideas persuasively to stakeholders.
o Team Leadership : Proven ability to mentor and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
