Job Role : Digital Marketing Specialist (Full-Time, Remote)

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital marketing efforts. This role involves managing multiple marketing projects, creating and executing strategies to increase organic traffic, and optimizing SEO and content performance. The position is fully remote, providing flexibility while directly contributing to the growth of our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to improve organic reach.
  • Manage and execute social media campaigns across various platforms.
  • Monitor website analytics to measure and optimize marketing effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with content and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Oversee multiple projects, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Conduct SEO audits and apply best practices to enhance search engine rankings.

Compensation & Terms

  • Six-month probation period with a basic salary of INR 20,000 plus INR 5,000 monthly allowance.
  • After successful completion of probation, basic salary increases to INR 35,000 plus INR 5,000 allowance per month.
  • Work-from-home arrangement for full-time flexibility.

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and SEO.
  • Strong analytical skills using web analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in IT or e-commerce sectors is advantageous.
