We are looking for a Marketing Content Manager to own the content engine that drives pipeline, brand authority, and sales enablement . This is hands-on : strategy and creation—long-form content, SEO pillars, and on-brand collateral in Canva / Figma (one-pagers, case studies, pitch decks, event kits).
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Calendar : Plan quarterly content aligned to ICPs and funnel stages; lock approvals with Sales / Legal.
- Collateral & Design (Canva / Figma) : Build and maintain sales collateral in Canva / Figma —decks, one-pagers, brochures, event standees, social creatives, email banners, and editable templates for fast reuse.
- Sales Enablement : Keep objection handlers, vertical playbooks, and deck copy current; manage a versioned asset library.
- Thought Leadership & PR Support : Draft POVs on RBI / EWS, IBC, sanctions / PEP, surety trends; coordinate with PR / analyst partners.
- Brand Governance : Enforce tone / lexicon, layout grids, and logo / color use across all Canva / Figma templates ; ensure legal disclaimers.
- Distribution & Analytics : Publish to web / email / ; track traffic→leads→SQOs.
- Vendor / Freelancer Mgmt : Brief writers / designers / video; ensure quality, SLA, and budget.
Qualifications
4–7 years in B2B content / SEO (fintech / BFSI / data / SaaS) with a portfolio spanning long-form + enablement + SEO.Strong writer–editor who can simplify technical / regulatory topics into clear, persuasive copy.Canva / Figma intermediate proficiency (must-have) : master brand kits, shared templates, animations, print / export specs, and quick turnarounds.Tools : CMS (WordPress / Webflow), GA4 , HubSpot / Marketo (basic MA) , Ahrefs / Semrush , Google Docs / Slides.Collaboration : Works tightly with Sales / BDR, PMM, and domain SMEs; fast, clean handoffs.
