Key Responsibilities :

• Scrutinize and vet property papers to provide expert legal advice and opinions on non-litigation matters.
• Liaise and follow up with external panel advocates to obtain legal reports, resolve queries, and ensure timely feedback.
• Support the business team by offering legal opinions for creating valid and enforceable mortgages.
• Organize and deliver legal training sessions for branch business teams to enhance understanding of housing finance laws and documentation processes.
• Maintain integrity and transparency in all direct and indirect dealings related to legal transactions.
• Interpret and ensure compliance with housing finance laws, regulations, and organizational guidelines.
• Track and manage Post-Disbursement Documents (PDDs) to ensure timely completion and compliance.
