Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager - CPI / CPL Delivery, based in Gurugram. The role involves leading and managing CPI / CPL campaigns, cultivating strong relationships with clients, and ensuring the successful delivery of digital ad campaigns. Responsibilities include monitoring campaign performance, optimizing processes for maximum outcomes, coordinating with internal teams, and identifying new strategies for campaign scalability and profitability. The Senior Manager will also oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resolve any issues that may impact delivery.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Campaign Management with skills in CPI, CPL delivery methods, and campaign optimization
• Knowledge of AdTech tools and platforms and experience in data-driven decision-making
• Team leadership abilities with strong coordination and project management skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Previous experience in performance marketing, account management, or related fields in AdTech
• Proficiency in identifying opportunities for campaign growth and scaling strategies
• Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or a related discipline
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and manage dynamic projects effectively.

Experience needed :

1+ Years of Experience in Publisher Delivery Management.

Candidate should have relevant experience in Ad Network or Agency in Mobile, Digital,and Online

Space.

 Ensure proper information sharing with the cross-functional team and affiliates.

 Should be a critical thinker.
