12-15years of IT experience

6+ years of Proven experience in Agile project delivery, ideally as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or Product Owner.

Strong understanding of Agile principles, values, and practices.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Experience in identifying and resolving project impediments.

Ability to track and report on team performance and identify areas for improvement.

Experience in a technical field, especially in Salesforce, Product development, systems integration or related areas.

Experience in low-maturity Agile environments is a plus.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies.

Based out of Bengaluru, Pune is a plus
