About Us
MetFlux Research is building the ΩmeX ecosystem — a next-generation Biology-first AI integrating systems biology, in-silico modeling, and multi-model analytics to decode metabolic and immune health mechanisms that drive wellness, aging, and chronic-disease solutions.
Our translational R&D arm, MetSolve , partners with nutraceutical, wellness, and life-science organizations to model efficacy, safety, and mechanistic pathways of bioactive compounds and functional formulations. Parallelly, MetSights brings this intelligence into precision-care tools for healthcare and wellness professionals.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Scientist (Systems Biology) who can lead the design, execution, and interpretation of computational systems-biology models across multiple physiological domains . This is a key role that blends computational modeling, physiology, multi-omics integration, and translational science.
The ideal candidate is domain-flexible, methodologically strong, and capable of guiding an interdisciplinary team while delivering scientific rigor and actionable insights for both internal platform development and external R&D projects.
Key Responsibilities
Systems Biology & In-Silico Modeling
- Develop and refine multi-scale, constraint-based, and mechanistic models for human physiology (metabolic, immune, cognitive, skin, gut, or other relevant domains).
- Integrate omics (metabolomics, genomics, transcriptomics, microbiome), clinical markers, and literature-curated mechanisms into unified computational frameworks.
- Derive mechanistic hypotheses and translational insights for nutraceutical, functional food, and wellness R&D projects.
Cross-Domain Research & Flexibility
Adapt systems-biology approaches to diverse health contexts :
