Job Title : Sales Manager – Residential Real Estate

Job Location : Bangalore, Karnataka

Company : Sobha Limited

Experience : Minimum 2 Years in Residential Real Estate

Role Highlights :

Cold Call potential clients & schedule site visits.
Conduct project walkthroughs & clearly explain offerings.
Coordinate effectively with CRM & post-sales teams.
Achieve site visit and booking targets consistently.
Handle premium Sobha residential projects.

Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of Residential Real Estate Sales experience.

Minimum graduate in any discipline.

Excellent communication & client-handling skills.

Good network of Channel Partners (CP).

Background in Builder firm or CP firm strongly preferred.

Willing to work weekends and driven by sales targets.

CRM exposure (Salesforce preferred).

Salary : Competitive, based on industry standards & previous pay.

Incentives : Best in the industry.
