JOB Description-

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service or related field.
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English, Hindi (Assamese, Bengali, Guajarati, kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil and Telgue).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to empathize and understand customer needs.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
• Adaptability to work in shifts and maintain a customer-centric approach.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Provide accurate information about products / services, policies, and procedures.
