The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
Actively seeking out new sales opportunities, maximize revenue generation and lead closures through calling, networking, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Client acquisition and business development by direct sales.
Setting up meetings / Site visits with potential clients and listening to their concerns.
Providing guidance to buyers in purchasing property.
Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Strong client focus including pre and post sales services for long term wealth retention.
Meet and advise clients on real estate.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Handle HNI clients with ease & efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
2+ years' of sales experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
