About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, selling IT products and services over the phone, and building strong customer relationships. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell IT products, software solutions, and services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer information and sales activities.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up until closure.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, IT industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Requirements
Proven experience as a telesales executive, telecaller, or similar sales role (IT industry experience preferred).Strong knowledge of IT products, software, or hardware solutions is an advantage.Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive selling skills.Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.High school diploma required;bachelor’s degree preferred.
