SAP UI5 Developer

Required Technical Skill Set SAP UI5, ABAP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, OData services, GIT, SAP NetWeaver Gateway.

Desired Competencies (Technical / Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

• Extensive experience in developing custom Fiori applications and extensions using SAP UI5, JavaScript, XML, CSS, and HTML5.
• Deep understanding of Fiori Launchpad configuration and administration, including tile and group creation, semantic objects, and role-based access.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Web IDE and / or SAP Business Application Studio for Fiori development.
• Experience with S / 4HANA Cloud and on-premises environments, including CDS views.
• Extensive knowledge of Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture.
• Experience in working with FIORI elements, annotations & SAP UI5 smart controls.
• Proficiency with SAPUI5 controls, libraries, components, Data binding and UI rendering.
• Hands-on experience in BTP service such as BAS.
• ABAP programming skills, particularly in the context of OData service development (SEGW), BAPIs, RFCs, reports and user exits.
• Expertise in creating and managing OData services using SAP Gateway, including CRUD operations, entity sets, and function imports.
• Understanding of SSO configuration, authentication using SAML, o-auth.
• Understanding of WEB dispatcher & web-Dynpro UI.
• Experience on FIORI debugging & trouble shooting methodology.
• Experience on ABAP RICEFS, debugging & trouble shooting methodology.
