SAP - Business Objects Developer

Job Summary : We are seeking a dedicated SAP Business Objects (BO) Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in providing technical support for SAP BO solutions, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and user assistance. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Provide technical support for SAP Business Objects applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of SAP BO systems.
• Assist users with report creation, modification, and optimization.
• Implement and maintain data models and universes in Business Objects.
• Conduct regular system audits and ensure data quality and integrity.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Document support activities, solutions, and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP Business Objects and related technologies.
