Job Title : Executive Assistant to MD
Reporting To : Managing Director
Key Responsibilities :
1. Administrative & Executive Support
- Manage the MDs calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and documents for board meetings, reviews, and client interactions.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and official communication on behalf of the MD.
2. Coordination & Communication
Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders.Ensure timely flow of information, decisions, and approvals from the MD's office.Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.3. Strategic & Business Support
Assist the MD in monitoring business plans, targets, and performance metrics.Track key projects, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring follow-up and timely execution.Conduct research, data analysis, and prepare business reports to support decision-making.4. Meeting & Event Management
Organize and coordinate executive meetings, conferences, and corporate events.Record minutes of meetings and ensure timely circulation of action points and follow-ups.Liaise with clients, vendors, and partners for high-level meetings and engagements.5. Office & Document Management
Maintain organized filing systems for contracts, records, and confidential documents.Support budget tracking, expense management, and approval processes for the MD's office.Oversee special projects as assigned by the MD.Key Skills & Competencies :

Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Management, or related field.2–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar executive support role.Prior experience in supporting senior leadership / executives in a corporate environment is preferred.
