About the Role :
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business development and executing sales strategies targeting automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. The role involves handling RFQs, project acquisition, sales forecasting, pricing strategy, and leading commercial negotiations while closely collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Execute sales strategies focused on automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers
- Drive business development initiatives to expand customer base
- Manage RFQ processes and lead project acquisition activities
- Lead sales forecasting, budgeting, and pricing strategy formulation
- Conduct commercial negotiations with clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure project success
