Job Title : Fleet Management System Specialist

Fleet management involves overseeing the movement of automated and semi-automated equipment across global terminals. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in functional programming, real-time systems, and pathfinding algorithms.

This is a pivotal position that requires designing, developing, and optimizing mission-critical systems. It involves guiding the entire application lifecycle, from research to deployment.

We are seeking a highly skilled individual with experience in building cloud agnostic, highly scalable, high performant, highly reliable, highly secure solutions. Familiarity with fleet management systems is preferred.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership to a globally distributed team. They will work closely with peer R&D groups, IT teams, and business operations teams to align product needs with operational requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in object-oriented programming, low-level design, and data modeling. Experience with F#, .NET Core, and C# is essential. Knowledge of graph theory, pathfinding algorithms, and optimization techniques is also required.

Key responsibilities include :

• Designing and developing complex, highly available, distributed systems.
• Providing technical guidance to the development team.
• Ensuring builds are kept green and code management strategies are followed.
• Mentoring team members and contributing to continuous improvements within the team.

Qualification / Experience Expectation :

You bring in minimum 10+ years of hands-on enterprise software development experience in building cloud agnostic, highly scalable, high performant, highly reliable, highly secure solutions, preferably in a product development environment.

Familiarity with fleet management systems is highly preferred

Working expertise in functional programming F# with proven track record is a must for this role.
