Business Development Manager – Protective Packaging Solutions (Bangalore)

About Us

We are a leading provider of innovative packaging and industrial solutions . Precision Group operates three manufacturing plants and four fabrication units across Coimbatore, Chennai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad . Our Protective Packaging Division is known for high-quality products like EPE Foams, EVA Foams, Air Bubble Film Rolls, Stretch Films, PP Corrugated Boxes, BOPP Tapes, and Carton Boxes , serving industries such as automotive, electronics, FMCG, and logistics .

Job Responsibilities

Develop and grow the protective packaging business within the Bangalore market.
Identify and engage manufacturers, exporters, e-commerce businesses, and industrial clients needing protective packaging solutions.
Actively promote and sell our EPE Foams, EVA Foams, Air Bubble Film Rolls, Stretch Films, PP Corrugated Boxes, BOPP Tapes, and Carton Boxes .
Travel extensively across Bangalore to meet clients, generate leads, and close deals.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
Provide technical support and product demonstrations to ensure clients get the best packaging solutions.
Work closely with production and logistics teams to guarantee timely deliveries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback .
Represent the company at local trade shows, conferences, and networking events .

Proven sales experience, preferably in protective or industrial packaging.Exce l
