Offshore SAP Delivery Expert

Job descriptionCoordinate offshore activities across SAP projects including development testing and deployment. Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and adherence to timelines. Lead offshore execution during project go-lives and hypercare support. Ensure offshore team adherence to SAP CoE governance standards and guidelines. Represent offshore team in Change Control Board CCB meetings and ensure proper documentation and approvals. Maintain compliance with SLA and KPI metrics generate regular performance reports. Coordinate and oversee Unit Testing System Integration Testing SIT and User Acceptance Testing UAT. Ensure test cases are executed defects are tracked and resolutions are communicated effectively. Liaise with onsite leads business stakeholders and functional teams to ensure alignment. Escalate risks and dependencies proactively and propose mitigation strategies. Facilitate knowledge sharing and documentation of processes configurations and lessons learned. Support onboarding and training of new offshore team members. Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities in offshore delivery. Recommend automation standardization or optimization initiatives. 15+ years of SAP experience with at least 10 years in a lead or coordination role. Strong understanding of SAP modules FI / CO MM SD etc. and integration points. Experience managing offshore teams in a global delivery model. Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with project management tools ServiceNow Solution Manager CHARM JIRA tricentis HP ALM etc.. Ability to work in a fast-paced matrixed environment.
Job Description
The Offshore SAP Lead serves as the primary point of contact for all offshore SAP resources ensuring smooth coordination of daily operations project activities and strategic initiatives. This role is critical to maintaining delivery excellence governance and alignment with business and IT objectives across the SAP landscape.
