Ensuring adherence to applicable labour laws and regulations by maintaining compliance in areas such as wages, working hours, benefits, and workplace safety.Performance Appraisal Coordination :
Facilitating the performance appraisal process by coordinating with managers and employees to ensure timely evaluations and feedback.Policy and Procedure Implementation :
