Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive who will be responsible for hiring top talent across non-technical functions such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, HR, Finance, Operations, and more.

You’ll drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle , collaborate with internal stakeholders, and develop proactive sourcing strategies to build a world-class non-tech team. If you are passionate about recruitment, have a keen eye for identifying top performers, and thrive in a high-growth environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for non-tech roles across departments.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop role-specific hiring strategies.
  • Source and attract high-quality candidates via job portals (Naukri, , etc.), social media, employee referrals, and other creative channels.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates effectively based on skillset, attitude, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, collect feedback, and manage candidate communications to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Maintain candidate data and workflows using ATS tools, ensuring up-to-date and accurate records.
  • Track key recruitment metrics like TAT (Turnaround Time), offer-to-join ratio, and pipeline efficiency.
  • Stay updated with industry hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and market best practices.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition focused on non-tech hiring, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills using Naukri, , and other platforms.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in ATS systems and recruitment tools.
  • A proactive, high-ownership mindset with the ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Nice to Have

  • Experience hiring for sales-led B2B SaaS or marketing-centric organizations.
  • Familiarity with modern employer branding and recruitment marketing techniques.
  • Exposure to building scalable hiring processes and frameworks from scratch.
