Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Head of Business Operations role, located in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. The Head of Business Operations will oversee business growth, day-to-day business operations, manage processes, develop and implement business plans, and be responsible for overall P&L of the company.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales, Business Operations and Operations Management.
• Excellent Analytical Skills and experience in Business Planning.
• Proven leadership and management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 5+ years of total experience. At least 3 years of experience leading a team / vertical in a Digital Marketing Agency.
• Preferred : Experience of starting & scaling a business in the past.
