About Us :

We are establishing a Holistic & Learning Retreat dedicated to reviving ancient Indian wisdom through immersive workshops, storytelling sessions, and cultural training. Our goal is to develop training programs for diverse sectors like corporates, educational Institutes, Parents and the wider community to reconnect with timeless values from Indian scriptures and epics in a modern context.

Role Overview :

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Researcher / Facilitator who can design and engaging workshops, storytelling sessions, and interactive learning experiences based on Indian epics, and spiritual traditions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Research ancient Indian scriptures epics and Puranas to extract key narratives, philosophical insights, and moral lessons.
• Design and develop storytelling modules, workshops, and lecture series based on this research, ensuring content is engaging, age-appropriate, and culturally authentic.
• Create interactive learning tools, games, and activities that make mythology experiential and relevant for modern audiences.
• Train and mentor facilitators or trainers to effectively deliver the developed modules with accuracy, depth, and inspiration.
• Support the planning and implementation of spiritual retreats, camps, and cultural programs.
• Collaborate with the team to create audio-visual and written content for use in training and promotions.
• Ensure all content promotes understanding of the ethical, cultural, and spiritual values embedded in ancient Indian stories.

Qualifications & Skills :

Strong knowledge of Indian epics, scriptures, and traditional wisdom.

Master in Philosophy

Ph.D in Philosophy
