TxR Ventures is seeking a results-driven and highly articulate Head of Strategic University Partnerships to drive the adoption of our cutting-edge AI-based educational and career readiness solution across top colleges and universities.
This is a critical, foundational role where you will not only drive sales but also define the go-to-market strategy for the region. You will be the pioneer who sets the tone for future expansion across India, with the scope to build and lead a regional team.
What You Will Do : The Core Mission
This is a high-impact role responsible for securing new institutional partnerships, ensuring sustained client success, and defining the go-to-market strategy for the region. Your primary focus will be on driving institutional adoption and growth.
1. Lead Strategic Sales & Partnership Acquisition : This domain requires senior-level ownership of the revenue pipeline and market penetration across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, focusing on identifying, qualifying, and closing high-value institutional opportunities.
- Identify, prospect, and engage directly with key decision-makers (Chancellors, VCs, Deans, HODs) to build trust and effectively communicate the long-term strategic value of TxR Ventures' solution.
- Drive pilot conversions into profitable, full-scale, long-term institutional contracts by demonstrating quantifiable ROI and solution impact.
2. Ensure College / University Satisfaction & Success : This ensures client retention, value realization, and provides the essential feedback loop necessary for platform evolution.
Serve as the primary strategic contact post-sale to manage the relationship lifecycle, maximize platform adoption, drive usage metrics, and guarantee high client satisfaction.Act as the critical link between institutional partners and our Tech / Product teams, meticulously gathering feedback and delivering actionable, validated requirements for future solution development.Required Qualifications
Prior experience in B2B sales, key account management, or strategic partnerships, with a significant portion of that time spent in the SaaS or EdTech sector.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are non-negotiable.AI / Technical Fluency : A solid understanding of AI, machine learning, or data analytics principles to effectively articulate the technical value of the platform to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Preferred Skills & Qualifications
MBA or a Master's degree in a relevant field (Management, Business Analytics, etc.).B.Tech Undergraduate degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related technical disciplineProfessional Proficiency in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and / or Hindi is a plus for future regional collaborationProven success selling high-value, complex solutions to educational institutions (colleges / universities) in India, with existing knowledge of the market dynamics in Telangana / Andhra Pradesh.
