Must-Have
Ø Around 6 to 15 years of domain experience managing AD, Windows, VMware, Hyper-V
Ø Extensive and hands-on knowledge in all facets of AD-related tasks and activities.
Ø Extensive and hands-on experience on VMware environment
Ø Thorough understanding on creation and modification of GPO policies
Ø Extensive experience in vulnerability management
Ø Experience in monitoring and auditing systems
Ø Ability to deploy, manage, and operate scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems
Ø Experience working in both a private or public cloud environment
Ø Administering a Microsoft Windows 2008 and 2012 R2 active directory domain using standard Microsoft snap-ins such as Active Directory Users and Computers, Domains and Trusts, Sites and Services, Active Directory replication, and others as necessary. o Understanding of FSMO Roles o Creating objects, shares, groups in active directory o Microsoft Distributed File System o Microsoft Distributed File System Replication o Microsoft File / Print services
Ø Experience managing Active Directory-integrated DNS and DHCP solutions.
Ø Improve AD processes and automate repetitive tasks wherever feasible.
Ø Configuring and maintaining WSUS and / or SCCM server
Ø Excellent writing skills with a proven background in writing documentation & presentations
Ø Experience developing scripted solutions using Microsoft PowerShell.
Ø Installation of ESX Servers, vCenter Server and vSphere Client
Ø Extensive knowledge in advance features of ESX VMOTION, SVMOTION, HA and DRS.
Ø Excellence in Customer interaction
Ø Experience in Data Centre operations.
Ø Outstanding communication / presentation skills

1 Overall accountability for the technical support for Infrastructure services delivery for the client
2 Leading the service delivery technical team, managing conflict and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently

4 Ensure all resources engaged are effectively utilised for delivering services meeting the agreed SLA and KP
