Key Responsibilities :
- 3 to 4 years of experience in managing and supporting Windows end points server administration configuration and upgradation
- Experience in O365 application windows OS software installation outlook and server troubleshooting
- Experience in datacenter management Endpoint security management
- Knowledge in active directory DNS DHCP file server Virtualization technologies
- Ability to handle major incident and troubleshooting in windows domain
- Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes like SLA Change Release Management
- Experience in using ticketing tools such as service now remedy will be an added advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
