We are looking for a skilled Windows 10 Administrator with 4 to 5 years of experience in managing, supporting, and troubleshooting Windows 10 environments. The ideal candidate should have deep technical knowledge of Windows 10 features, security settings, user profile management, and desktop deployment tools.
Key Responsibilities :
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10 desktops and laptops in an enterprise environment
- Manage user accounts, policies, and permissions through Active Directory and Group Policy
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows 10 operating system issues including performance, boot, and application errors
- Deploy and manage Windows updates , patches, and software packages using tools like WSUS , SCCM , or Intune
- Configure and troubleshoot network connectivity , printers, and other peripherals
- Manage and support BitLocker encryption , Windows Defender , and other endpoint protection tools
- Ensure compliance with security policies and perform system hardening as per organizational standards
- Assist in the imaging and deployment of new devices using tools like Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) or Windows Autopilot
- Provide L2 / L3 support for desktop-related incidents and service requests
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and asset inventory
- Support remote users via tools such as Remote Desktop , TeamViewer , or Microsoft Remote Assistance
Required Skills :
4 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a Windows Administrator, with focus on Windows 10Proficiency in Active Directory , Group Policy , DNS , DHCP , and File & Print servicesExperience with OS deployment , patch management , and desktop image managementFamiliarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and system managementStrong understanding of security best practices , antivirus, and endpoint protectionExperience with enterprise-level IT support, including ticketing systems like ServiceNow or RemedyPreferred Qualifications :
Microsoft certifications such as :MD-100 : Windows ClientMD-101 : Managing Modern DesktopsExperience with Windows 11 migration or compatibilityExposure to Intune , Autopilot , or co-management environmentsKnowledge of ITIL processes and service management principlesSoft Skills :
