At Barcode Entertainment , we help brands build meaningful connections through influencer marketing. We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who can drive partnerships, revenue , and long-term client success.

What you’ll do

Lead generation through existing relationships & cold outreach

Prospect and secure new direct brand partnerships while managing existing accounts.

Drive monthly revenue growth through acquisitions, upsells, and cross-sells.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential and repeat clients.

Identify opportunities for deeper engagement and expansion into new categories or geographies.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure flawless campaign execution.

Track and optimize campaign ROI to strengthen long-term client relationships.

Strong understanding of AI tech adds a lot of Value

What we’re looking for

Strong background in business development, client servicing, or growth roles.

Proven ability to build and grow revenue through partnerships.

Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.

Analytical mindset with a focus on performance and ROI.

Experience in marketing, media, or influencer ecosystem is a plus.
