Role Overview

Lead 50% Business Development & 50% New Product Innovation pharma segment. Drive partnerships, portfolio growth, and product innovation to deliver business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify & develop BD opportunities, partnerships, and TPM connect.
  • Conduct industry intelligence & competitor mapping.
  • Drive portfolio & life cycle management.
  • Evaluate and execute new product innovation initiatives.
  • Liaise with R&D, regulatory, supply chain, and commercial teams.
  • Deliver business pitches, presentations, and growth strategies.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong BD & innovation mindset with execution focus.
  • Expertise in third-party in licensing, portfolio & life cycle management.
