Job Description

Job Title : Sr. Executive - HR & IR

Reporting To : Regional HR Manager

Job Scope : Supporting the Regional HR for all human resource activities in the region, specifically focusing on Industrial Relations, recruitment, employee engagement activities, Learning & Development, HR Operations, and implementation of Performance Management Processes in line with policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

• . Provide IR support to the Regional HR and coordinate for all IR issues in line with DPDHL policies.
• . Provide recruitment support, ensuring quality and timeliness, and arrange joining formalities.
• . Support employee engagement activities, including open houses and reward & recognition programs.
• . Handle employee grievances and coordinate with Raksha for medi-claim of employees.
• . Support performance management processes, including motiv8 facilitation.
• . Prepare and provide monthly MIS on various HR metrics (OT, FTE, Exit, Medi-claim, etc.).
• . Monitor leave planning, attendance, and joining & exit formalities.
• . Provide monthly salary inputs to corporate payroll.
• . Maintain employee personnel files and ensure statutory compliance.
• . Coordinate and follow-up on employee transfers and exit formalities.

Experience : 3+ years of experience in Human Resources.

Qualification : Graduate Degree from a reputed University / Institute.
