Roles and Responsibilities

1. Application of Design principles and Design Patterns to solve complex problems

2. Extensively write code in Javascript for Node.JS

3. Write Unit tests in Mocha JS to cover written code

4. Design and code review and ensure quality standards are met

5. Follow practice of standard work and be Agile

6. Own 1 or more microservices design, development, and end to end support

7. Scientific / data-based estimation

8. Planning and execution ownership for feature deliveries

9. Be obsessed about delivering zero defect code
