Job Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and data-driven

Product Analyst

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing and enhancing our product offerings, using data insights to support decision-making, and driving improvements in both product design and functionality. This role is perfect for someone with strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering value to users.

Key Responsibilities :

Market Research :

Conduct market research to assess product trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Collaboration :

Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decisions are made throughout the product development lifecycle.

Product Metrics :

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

User Behavior Analysis :

Identify patterns in user behavior and feedback to recommend improvements or new features for the product.

A / B Testing & Experiments :

Plan and analyze A / B tests or other experimentation methods to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of new product changes.

Product Documentation :

Document findings and insights in a clear and concise manner for team discussions and presentations.

Product Data Analysis :

Collect, analyze, and interpret product usage data to provide actionable insights that improve product performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Computer Science) from Tier 2 college.

0-1 years of experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably within a product or tech environment.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.

Experience with product analytics platforms (e.g. Mixpanel, Google Analytics) is a plus.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data findings in an easily understandable manner.

Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across different teams and departments.

Preferred Skills :

Experience in product management or working closely with product managers.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Knowledge of UX / UI principles and how they relate to product design.
