Roles and Responsibilities
Quality System Leadership-
- Train end-users on standard procedures, tools, and compliance requirements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality assurance protocols and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to internal QA policies and external regulations.
- Manage document control : author, review, and approve SOPs, policies, work instructions, and testing protocols.
Testing, Analysis & Reporting-
Plan, develop, and execute manual and automated testing strategies for product or software validation.Analyze test outcomes, perform root cause analysis, and determine corrective / preventive actions (CAPA).Prepare and present detailed quality reports, metrics, and insights for management and regulatory bodies.Process Management-
Assess, authorize, and oversee IT / software quality by conducting audits, evaluations, and performance monitoring.Support the change management process to ensure that updates don t negatively impact product or process quality.Drive and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives in IT processes.Skills Required
