JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and execute test plans & test cases for Microsoft Dynamics CRM (D365) applications and related systems.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for CRM customizations and configurations.
- Test CRM integrations with ERP, SharePoint, Power BI, and third-party APIs .
- Create and manage test data and environments for smooth testing.
- Document, track, and resolve defects in collaboration with developers.
- Ensure compliance with QA best practices, company standards, and security policies .
Required Skills & Qualifications :
5+ years of hands-on QA experience.Proven experience in testing Dynamics CRM customizations (plugins, workflows, JavaScript, forms).Good knowledge of CRM modules : Sales, Customer Service, Field Service.Familiarity with SQL for data validation & backend testing.Knowledge of REST / SOAP APIs and tools like Postman for integration testing.Experience with test management tools ( Azure DevOps, Jira, TestRail, Rally ).Exposure to test automation frameworks (Selenium, Robot, etc.) and CI / CD pipelines .Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills .Nice to have : Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 or ISTQB certification.Education :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field .Skills Required
