Enterprise Account Executive - B2B SaaS Sales (US Region)
Location : Remote / Pune
Work Hours : 6 : 00 PM to 3 : 00 AM IST
Truein is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. This is an individual contributor role within a small, competitive, and effective team. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious self-starter with a keen attention to detail and a proven track record in SaaS B2B sales in US region.
Key Responsibilities :
- New Business Development : Identify, prospect, and build a robust pipeline of new enterprise business opportunities within the assigned US territory.
- Full Sales Cycle Management : Own the entire sales process from initial contact to close, including discovery, solution demonstrations, proposal creation, and contract negotiation.
- Consultative Selling : Employ a deep understanding of our product and the market to serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and other key stakeholders, articulating a clear value proposition that aligns with the client's business needs.
- Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with internal teams, including Sales Development, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success, to ensure a seamless and positive experience for prospects and clients.
- Pipeline and Forecasting : Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce), providing regular reports to management.
- Quota Attainment : Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas, with a focus on closing large, complex, and high-value deals.
- Market Intelligence : Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to contribute to the company's go-to-market strategy and product roadmap.
Requirements :
Total of 3 to 7 yrs of experience is B2B, IT SalesAt least 1 to 2 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 - 3 years focused on selling to enterprise-level customers in the US market.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and closing multi-six-figure or higher deals.Demonstrable experience managing long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.Strong business acumen and an understanding of how SaaS solutions solve critical business problems.Technical Proficiency : Hands-on experience with sales enablement tools for email and call outreach.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with Strong convincing skills with active listening ability.Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.A strategic thinker with a hunter mentality for new business acquisition.Preferred (but not required) :
