Job descriptionGuide students in quantitative project work, analysis-based assignments, and research activities. Provide academic and career support related to analytics, research, and competitive exams. Undertake research in statistics, data modeling, forecasting, or related areas. Publish in peer-reviewed journals and present at academic conferences. Encourage student-led research and interdisciplinary collaborations. Participate in curriculum development, syllabus reviews, and program outcomes. Assist in organizing workshops, webinars, and FDPs on statistical tools and methods. Contribute to accreditation processes (e.g., NAAC, NBA) and departmental reporting. Serve on academic committees, examination panels, and quality assurance teams. Coordinate with other departments to integrate quantitative approaches into interdisciplinary teaching. Education : Master's degree in Statistics / Mathematics / Quantitative Techniques / Data Science / MBA (with QT specialization) UGC-NET qualification (preferred) Ph.D. in relevant field (preferred or as per institutional requirement) Experience : 0–3 years of teaching or research experience Freshers with excellent academic background may also be considered Strong command over statistical and quantitative methods Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, SPSS, R, Python (for data analysis) Ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts for management students Excellent verbal and written communication skills Passion for teaching, mentoring, and research

- Conduct assessments, case study evaluations, and project-based learning sessions.
