Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and Enhance Quality Assurance Framework :
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the College's quality assurance processes, aligning with institutional policies. This includes involvement in the validation and revalidation of academic courses, and ensuring compliance in student admissions and assessments.
- Knowledge Transfer and Practical Skill Development :
- Deliver academic content that emphasizes both theoretical understanding and practical application of knowledge, including the teaching of relevant techniques, methods, and professional skills.
- Innovative Teaching and Curriculum Design :
- Promote and support the development of innovative, student-centered approaches to course design and delivery. Ensure all teaching practices meet the department's academic standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assessment and Feedback :
- Design, set, and mark assessments and examinations. Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their learning and academic development.
- Inclusive Teaching Practices :
- Ensure that teaching content, delivery methods, and learning environments are inclusive and accessible, adhering to equal opportunity standards and responsive to the diverse needs of students and staff.
