Position Overview
We are seeking highly motivated and accomplished Assistant Professors of Management to join our academic team. The selected candidates will teach MBA students, contribute to research, and engage with industry to strengthen ABBS’s mission of shaping responsible and innovative leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach core and elective MBA courses in areas such as Finance, Marketing, Analytics, Operations, Strategy, or General Management.
- Develop and deliver engaging lectures, case studies, simulations, and experiential learning modules.
- Mentor and guide MBA students on academic, research, and career development.
- Contribute to curriculum design and continuous improvement to align with industry standards.
- Publish high-quality research in reputed peer-reviewed journals and present at academic conferences.
- Engage in consultancy, industry projects, and collaborations that enhance institutional reputation.
- Participate in academic administration, committees, and accreditation processes (NBA, NAAC, NIRF, etc.).
Qualifications
Ph.D. in Management (mandatory) from a reputed institution.MBA / PGDM from a recognized university / institution with a consistent academic record.Demonstrated expertise in teaching and research in management disciplines.Evidence of research publications in peer-reviewed journals (Scopus / ABDC / UGC-Care preferred).Strong communication skills and ability to engage with students.Industry experience or consulting exposure will be an added advantage.What We Offer
