E2E coordination.

Cold calling and emailing

Sourcing profiles, scheduling interviews, Releasing offers / Relieving letters.

Compliance Coordination.

Performance reviews of the employees.

Coordinating with higher management.

Payroll Coordination.

Employee coordination.

Ceipal experience is good to have.

US IT Recruiting experience is good to have.
