We are seeking a motivated HR Coordinator to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and payroll support. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and efficient HR process within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases with personnel information and documentation.
  • Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate attendance and leave records.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including training and orientation.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in HR coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws in India.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
