Key Responsibilities :
- Master the Guidewire Suite of applications and align them with business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze and improve business processes in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.
- Use data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) to inform decisions.
- Create documentation (e.g., BRDs, user stories) and support project management.
- Develop test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor s in Business, IT, or related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.5+ years as a Business Analyst, ideally in P&C insurance.Proficiency in data analysis (SQL, Excel), BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Skills Required
