Job Summary :

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst / Product Implementation Specialist to front-end customer engagements for end-to-end product implementation and support.

The role requires strong client-facing skills, the ability to understand business requirements, and expertise in translating them into functional solutions using the product.

The ideal candidate will also contribute to product enhancements, documentation, and ongoing technical Roles & Responsibilities :

Client Engagement & Implementation :

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers during end-to-end product implementation and support activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, expectations, and workflows.
  • Conduct requirement elicitation sessions and prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and Use Cases.
  • Translate client requirements into configurable solutions using the product.
  • Ensure timely delivery of product implementation milestones with high customer satisfaction.

Business Analysis & Solution Design :

  • Analyze existing customer business processes and design customer-specific functional solutions aligned with product capabilities.
  • Propose improvements and recommend product enhancements based on customer expectations and market trends.
  • Work closely with Product Management teams to align with the product roadmap.
  • Maintain complete documentation of all requirements, solutions, configurations, and enhancements.
  • Product Support & Maintenance :

  • Provide L2 / L3 technical support, including attending to production tickets and resolving customer-reported issues.
  • Configure and maintain product settings as per client-specific requirements.
  • Ensure proper documentation of incident resolution, configuration changes, and knowledge base updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Development, QA, Product Management) for escalations and bug Qualifications & Experience :
  • Education :

  • BE / BTech in any specialization
  • MBA or PGDM in Business Analysis / IT / related discipline (preferred)
  • Experience : 56 years of professional experience in business analysis, product implementation, or customer-facing support roles.

    Technical & Functional Skills :

  • Strong understanding of Business Analysis methodologies (BRD, FRD, Use Cases, User Stories).
  • Hands-on experience in product implementation and configuration.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, Agile / Scrum frameworks, and requirement management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Familiarity with SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation abilities.
