Coimbatore Site Lead / Director, Data Operations

We’re hiring a dynamic and experienced Site Leader to head our Coimbatore operations. This role requires a strong mix of leadership, execution, and collaboration, ideally with experience in fintech or financial services. You’ll be the senior-most representative on-site, responsible for team growth, operational excellence, and culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations and serve as the primary point of contact for the Coimbatore site.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across data analytics, support, and operations.
• Drive hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of local talent.
• Build a strong, values-aligned culture rooted in trust, autonomy, and excellence.
• Collaborate closely with leadership across product, engineering, and finance to ensure strategic alignment.
• Oversee performance and reporting for the local data analytics team, ensuring insights inform business decisions.
• Contribute to site-level planning, operational processes, and delivery tracking.
