Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with a strong background in interior design, architecture, or fit-out industry . The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting the company's interior solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior design, architectural, and fit-out sectors .
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, consultants, and corporate clients .
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and emerging trends in the interior design industry.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure proposals are aligned with client requirements and company capabilities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and business objectives .
  • Participate in industry exhibitions, networking events, and trade shows to enhance company visibility.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential clients using CRM tools and prepare regular reports on progress.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Follow up on project execution with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and maintain client relationships for repeat business.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture , or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in interior design, furniture, or construction industry .
  • Strong understanding of interior design processes, materials, and project execution cycles .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of sales achievements and client relationship management .
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms .
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative, proactive, and well-connected within the interior design community is a plus.
