Office Manager Tushita, Delhi, India

We need a reliable, well-organised Office Manager to handle day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management. The Office Manager will be responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision and task delegation.

We’re looking for an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. This position will include advancement opportunities for the right candidate as well as full benefits after a probationary period.

Responsibilities

1. Process Management

  • Map, document, and refine workflows across departments (sales, operations, product) to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Identify bottlenecks and propose systems or tools to streamline operations.
  • Design and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recurring tasks and inter-departmental coordination.

2. Office & Administrative Management

  • Oversee the daily functioning of the office — logistics, scheduling, communication, procurement, and upkeep.
  • Support leadership in coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, documentation, and vendor relationships.
  • Manage office resources, supplies, and vendor contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and smooth operations.
  • 3. Internal Communication & Team Support

  • Foster clear and efficient communication channels between teams.
  • Organize training sessions and ensure employees are aligned with company policies and workflows.
  • 4. Quality Control & Client Journey Support

  • Meet clients arriving in Delhi at the beginning and / or end of the journey.
  • Implement quality checks at key stages of the client journey to uphold the brand’s standards.
  • Ensure timely follow-up, feedback, and coordination between client-facing teams and backend operations.
  • Track and analyze process performance, client satisfaction, and internal feedback loops to identify areas for improvement.
  • Candidate requirements

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in inbound travel operations or DMC environment.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian travel destinations .
  • Must be fluent in English – both written and spoken .
  • Proven experience in handling teams, multitasking .
  • Time Commitment

    Full-time, On-Site in Delhi, 5 days a week.
