Negotiate contracts, maintain service quality, and ensure cost-efficiency
Procure office supplies, hardware, and inventory with budget adherence
Maintain statutory compliance related to workplace admin (fire safety, insurance, office licenses, AMC contracts, etc.)
Maintain accurate records, agreements, invoices, audits, and official documentation
Prepare and oversee administration budgets, cost analysis, and expense tracking
Approve and process vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliation
Support onboarding / offboarding logistics including workstations, access, assets, and welcome kits
Coordinate employee engagement, workplace initiatives, and office event logistics
Work closely with HR, IT, and Finance for operational alignment
Implement workplace safety policies and emergency response system
Ensure adherence to safety protocols, fire drills, medical assistance, and risk mitigation
Manage and mentor the admin team to ensure high performance and accountability
Establish SOPs and best practices to streamline administrative operations
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
5+ years of experience in Administration / Facility Management, preferably in a corporate environment
Experience managing vendors, budgets, compliance, and workplace operations
