What you’ll do

• Call and counsel parents on child development consultations and therapy services
• Follow up with leads to drive conversions and gather valuable insights
• Manage therapy schedules and ensure timely completion of package sessions
• Support onboarding of new patients by guiding them through clinic processes
• Analyze data and prepare reports to support operational decisions
• Ensure smooth clinic workflows and deliver an excellent customer experience
