This is an exciting opportunity to build a career in pediatric healthcare with exposure to clinic operations, therapy coordination, and data-driven decision-making.
What you’ll do
- Call and counsel parents on child development consultations and therapy services
- Follow up with leads to drive conversions and gather valuable insights
- Manage therapy schedules and ensure timely completion of package sessions
- Support onboarding of new patients by guiding them through clinic processes
- Analyze data and prepare reports to support operational decisions
- Ensure smooth clinic workflows and deliver an excellent customer experience
