The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
Prospect and source new solicitations to build a strong sales pipeline.
Review solicitations to understand project requirements and scope.
Support proposal managers with RFP templates and timely submissions.
Attend pre-bid meetings, engage with clients & clarify requirements.
Maintain communication with clients and internal teams on proposal progress.
Qualifications
Experience into US staffing industry, with at least 1-2 years as Pre-Sales Executive
Familiarity with IT or healthcare staffing domains
Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
Strong written and verbal communication skills
