Senior Performance Marketing Manager (23 / 10 / 2025)

We are looking for Senior Performance Marketing Manager at Brego Business, kindly apply if the following role and responsibility suits you :

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and own the end-to-end performance marketing strategy across paid media (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, etc.) to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Closely work on checking all campaign with the team to find problem area and help client scaling.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing performance marketing team. Define roles, processes, and KPIs for the department.
• Own the performance marketing budget. Forecast CAC, ROAS, and channel-wise spends.
• Lead campaign planning, setup, execution, and continuous optimization across all digital channels. Leverage A / B testing, audience segmentation, and creative experimentation.
• Define reporting frameworks, dashboards, and insights to track performance and inform decisions. Translate numbers into strategic insights for leadership.
• Work closely with product, content, analytics, and design teams to align campaigns with business objectives and customer journeys.
• Identify and implement marketing tools, automation platforms, and analytics solutions that support scale and efficiency.
